Who could possibly make posing by Fruity Pebbles look cool? My friend Anna Flinchbaugh, of course. You know you've got a good friend by your side when she is willing to sit on the floor of a United Dairy Farmers and pose with a donut. Although this setting for the blog was completely unplanned, I think it worked out well; at least if you understood our quirky friendship. I don't have enough time or blank space to list our weird memories but I can tell you this: none of them are dull nor normal. Anna and I began our friendship over our love of fashion, actually. It was our first day of high school that we met in the same homeroom. I walked in wearing a dress she almost wore that day, too. Looking back, I don't know why either of us liked that black, silk, Asian floral/bamboo print dress... but needless to say, it was that silly thing that began years of friendship full of love and interesting ensembles. Anna is an actress. Although she wishes to be successful in the business, she does it for the love of it. She says if you aren't doing it for the love of it, "...get out now. You won't survive." Is she really enjoying this donut on the floor of UDF? The joy you see below is what we call good acting, (just kidding). Anna's attire: Lids hat, Forever 21 sweater & skirt, Vintage Zanella coat (Goodwill find), Capelli boots, Michael Kors watch, Lat & Lo Bracelet, vintage ring, and a good, old fashioned, chocolate donut to top it all off.
